Some Python books for earth scientists

Just wanted to mention two books on Python that are tailored for earth scientists. The first is my new book A Hands-On Introduction to Using Python in the Atmospheric and Oceanic Sciences. You can find out more at the book’s web site; a free PDF version is available for download from the site. The second is Sat Kumar Tomer’s Python in Hydrology (hat tip to Ed Maurer). Tomer’s book is published by Green Tea Press and is also available for free download from the book’s web site.
